The B family is heading to MD/DC today to meet up with his sister J and her family (husband D and 3 adorable kids) and his other sister C. We are sad that his third sister A, his mom and his stepdad are not able to join us and if you are reading this we love and miss you!
We try to have an annual reunion in Oregon, where my husband is from, but this year, we decided to meet up in DC. It doesn't really feel like a vacation for me, since it's my hometown, but we'll be doing all the touristy things us Washingtonians only do when guests come, so that should be fun. I'm especially looking forward to taking M to the Museum of Natural History to see the dinosaurs. He's going to love that.

Sounds like fun! I was just thinking the other day that the 6 months we are back in DC for training next year will be great because the boys will be two years older and will enjoy the museums they enjoyed previously from a whole new perspective! It will be like all new museums!
